Boli is an AI-powered emotional support platform providing voice and chat companions for everyday emotional challenges. Neha focuses on breakup recovery, Priya on relationships, and Maya on family tension, in Hindi, English, and Hinglish. Current access is shown in the app.

Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to use Boli. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. Boli is designed for adults seeking emotional support and is not intended for minors or children.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use Boli for personal emotional support purposes only. Prohibited activities include attempting to extract or reverse-engineer our AI models, using the platform for harassment or harmful content, impersonating others, or using automated tools to access the service. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

Subscriptions and Payments

Current tiers, usage limits, prices, payment processor, and cancellation controls are shown in the relevant app store and product interface. Store terms and the Refund and Cancellation Policy apply.

Optional WhatsApp Marketing Messages

With your affirmative consent, Boli (operated by VaakSiddhi Labs Private Limited) may send you marketing messages over WhatsApp. Examples include reminders about a failed, cancelled, or timed-out payment, and invitations to speak with one of our AI companions.

This consent is entirely optional and is not a condition of using your account or making a purchase. You can use Boli fully, including subscribing and paying, whether or not you opt in to WhatsApp marketing messages. Message frequency may vary depending on your activity and our campaigns.

You can withdraw this consent at any time from the Profile screen in the Boli app, or by replying STOP to any WhatsApp message you receive from us. If you later change your mind, you may explicitly consent again at any time.
