Safety and privacy
Free-text action inputs receive best-effort crisis screening. High-signal requests suppress normal tool output and Boli companion links, returning verified human resources instead. Host agents must keep their own safety coverage.
The action server is stateless. Arguments are used for the current response and are not retained by the MCP server. Counts-only metrics include the tool name, language, coarse host family, and whether a link was included; personal context is excluded.
