Delete Your Account

You can permanently delete your Boli account and all associated data at any time, directly from the app.

How to delete your account in the app

Account deletion is self-serve and immediate — no waiting period, no support ticket required.

  1. Open the Boli app and log in with the phone number linked to your account.
  2. Tap your profile icon in the top-right corner of the home screen.
  3. Scroll to the "Legal" section and tap "Delete Account".
  4. Type DELETE to confirm.
  5. Tap the "Delete Account" button. Your account is deleted immediately and you're signed out.

What gets deleted

  • Your account and phone number association
  • Conversation history and transcripts with Maya, Priya, and Neha
  • Profile preferences and companion settings

Your personal data is deleted within 30 days of the request, except where retention is required by law. See our Privacy Policy for full retention details. This action cannot be undone — once deleted, your conversation history and account cannot be recovered.
